I think what James is tring to say that they(Gays) are no different than you or me if HomoSexuality is a sin and the person knows this and continues to practice Homosexuality then he/she is going to Hell as quick as an Adulter that knows what he/she is doing but does not change his/her ways

ok...what I am trying to say is that there are a lot out there that sin too and don't change their ways....then they preach about a sin they do not indluge in..not that I am saying that about anyone one on here I am speaking about people in general
And most people would think that is wrong as well. It come down to is a vareation of if everyone else was jumping off a bridge does that mean it is OK for you to?
I have my opinion on the matter but for good or ill I do not like talking politics or religion. But it comes down to this each person that belives is IMHO oblagated to live there life as sin free as possable.
Most people may think it is wrong but most people also do despite what they may say. I know I have.
This is where going to church gets to the point that it makes you real humble, doesn't it? I mean if Jesus has been slipped back down here, yeah, just bear with me, where do you think he is? With the wealthy? Even the middle class, or the folks that society have beaten to death that sleep on the street, the same ones in this thread? Most of the time the ones that are discussing the church and what is right and wrong have enough knowledge to sink or swim on their own, but some have never been in a church - that would be where you would find the Man with the message. That is why I have a hard time with a guy that .... never mind .
You missed my point completely 100 % Craes....sinners are sinners plain and simple, we are agreed on that...what I was saying however is that most of these sinners who believe in God accept that they are living in sin and know they need to "get right" with The Man(GOD). They may not admit it aloud but they know deep inside and they do not profess to be living a righteous life(for the most part). If they are living in sin such as premarital sex, drugs, deceit, the list goes on and on, they know they are doing wrong and need to find the strength to repent and ask forgiveness for their sins and wrong doing....
The interesting thing I'm hearing about the homosexual community however is that many of them are professing to be living righteous lives and do not feel that their choice to be homosexual is neither wrong nor sinful in the eyes of God...that being said they are in denial that such a lifestyle is in conflict with the teachings of the Bible. They do not feel they need to ask forgiveness because its simple: why should they? Its not wrong [img]/LDPforum/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] Does anyone understand what I'm saying? They go about their business and go to their gay church like hey no probs...in my mind it would be similar to setting up a church in which all the members are swingers or porn stars and they don't feel like its a problem or conflict with being a Christian because what they are doing is fine and not sinful. Or how bout a church for active rapists or child molesters? I know its a little extreme but maybe you get my point. Hope that explains what I was talking about a little better.
